Customer only needs to pay for the difference of the new and trade-in item.  The entire trade-in item will be handled properly. 
 
Moreover, Wilson also provides “Data Transfer” service to help customers to transfer data from the old phone to the new one.   All information will be destroyed in front of the customer to minimize the possibility of privacy leakage.

There is a checklist for the checkup of the entire trade-in item which includes “screen”, “cosmetic outlook”, “basic operation” and “repair by unauthorized maintenance center” etc as the criteria for determining the trade-in price.  All the information will be listed out in our system.  On the other hand, it also helps customer to have more ideas on how to protect his mobile.
