Terms & Conditions
1. Generally, pickup will be arranged in 4 - 7 working days after the order is placed, notification will be issued through SMS/email.
2. All the items offered on the eShop are subject to the sole discretion of Wilson and the stock availability. Wilson is entitled to apply order limit on specific item and reserve the right to apply restriction on any sale. The final confirmation of all orders are subjected to stock availability and system allocation.
3. Once the order and the pick-up store are confirmed, change or cancellation will not be accepted.
4. The actual pick-up date will depend on the stock availability and may be revised accordingly.
5. Customer must pick up the goods in person and representative authorization is not accepted. All Apple products packaging will be opened instantly for activation.
6. Customer needs to show the pre-order confirmation email/SMS, transaction history and the credit card used in payment process in specified shop for authentication and pick-up, our staff will contact separately for actual pick-up date confirmation.
7. This pre-paid deposit is only applicable for purchasing dedicated model, each pre-paid deposit can only be used for purchasing one specified product.
8. The deposit is valid within 30 days after pruchase and cannot be refunded.
9. The product colour will vary slightly due to differences on computer screen setting. All should subject to the actual product.
10. Order with payment completed within 15 minutes is regarded as successful order, otherwise, the system will cancel the related order automatically without reservation.
11. Customer should provide authentic and valid contact information (including address and telephone number) for any orders. Extra delivery charge due to wrong information should be borne by the customer.
12. The submission of registered data shall be deemed as the customer's agreement and the will to comply with the terms and conditions of all the activities.
13. The availability of products and gifts is limited on a first-come-first-served basis.
14. The demand of product replacement, model exchange, product return, refund or order cancellation is not accepted.
15. Special offers on Wilson eShop shall not be used concurrently with other offers(including offers from Wilson Shops).
16. For any dispute, Wilson reserves the right of final decision.
