ITSU Product Shipping Special Arrangement During COVID-19

Actual delivery time depends on the products ordered and the shipping time of particular merchants.
Delivered by ITSU: Delivery will be made in 7-14 working days from the date of purchase (Except selected products). ITSU shall contact the customer for delivery arrangement.
Delivery time: Monday to Saturday 11 am - 6 pm (excluding Sunday and Public Holiday).
If the delivery address does not have an elevator, we will charge an additional service fee for each floor (5-10 steps will be regarded as 1 floor) HK$100 (except ground floor). If it occurred distance fee during the shipment, it is subject to the driver’s judgment (Basic charge HK$50 per 100 meters). Please contact Customer Service for details of additional charges.
