OSIM Delivery Terms and conditions
- All OSIM products are authorized goods and direct delivered by OSIM .
- No refund or exchange upon purchase confirmed
- Customer will be contacted by OSIM for order confirmation and local delivery arrangement within 7 - 10 working days (from the day after the order is placed, no delivery service on Saturday & Sunday), except pre-order items. Correct delivery and contact information is needed for delivery arrangement.
- OSIM provide one free local delivery upon purchase including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories (including Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan). Delivery will be arranged from Mon to Sat 11:00 - 18:00, except Sunday & public holiday.
- Extra delivery charge is needed for remote districts including other Islands, Sha Tau Kok and Macao, please contact OSIM customer service hotline: 21737868 / 27902300 for details. Extra charge will be collected by the delivery personnel directly in cash but not handled by Wilson
- For buildings without lift or product can only access through staircases, Stairs fee will be calculated on a per-item basis, including up or down stairs. $50 incremented by each floor / per 10 steps..
- 4 working days (excludes Sunday and public holiday) are needed for any update on delivery information before the scheduled delivery date. Please contact Wilson Customer Service 8202 8699 Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, or email to [email protected] The rescheduled delivery will be arranged by OSIM.
- Wilson and OSIM will not be liable for any early or delay delivery.
- OSIM reserves the right to charge the delivery fee if the customer rejected to receive the item.
- Wilson and OSIM will not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling of the delivery time due to traffic, district and weather conditions or other force majeure. Rescheduled delivery will be provided.
- OSIM provides a 2-year warranty period for new massage chair, and a 1-year warranty period for uThrone and other small products; Warranty service is applicable to the customer with original invoice and delivery note.
- Warranty service does not cover spare parts such as battery, battery charger, craft of blood pressure monitor, wire, gel pad, head portion of hand held massager, fabric cover, upholstery and cabinet.
- The warranty does not cover the following:
- The product has been damaged by fire, water, typhoon or other natural disaster.
- The product has been altered or repaired by an unauthorized person.
- The product has been damaged by misuse and negligence.
- The product has been damaged due to abnormal power supply.

- The product colour will vary slightly due to differences on computer screen setting. All should subject to the actual product.
