  • Direct delivery by OTO
  • Customer will be contacted by OTO for order confirmation and local delivery arrangement within 7 working days (from the day after the order is placed)
  • Correct delivery and contact information is needed for delivery arrangement.
  • 4 working days (excludes Sunday and public holiday) are needed for any update on delivery information before the scheduled delivery date. Please contact our Customer Service 2158 8933 Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, or email to [email protected]. The rescheduled delivery will be arranged by OTO.
  • Wilson and OTO will not be liable for any early or delay delivery.
  • OTO reserves the right to charge the delivery fee if the customer rejected to receive the item.
  • Wilson and OTO will not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling of the delivery time due to traffic, district and weather conditions or other force majeure. Rescheduled delivery will be provided.
  • OTO provide one free local delivery including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories (exclude remote districts)
  • Extra charge or special arrangement for remote districts including Ma Wan, Park Island, Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok, Discovery Bay and Outlying Island
