- Customer will be contacted by merchant for order confirmation and local delivery arrangement within 5 - 7 working days (from the day after the order is placed, no delivery service on Sunday & public holidays), except pre-order items. Correct delivery and contact information is needed for delivery arrangement.
- Merchant provide one-time free local delivery upon purchase including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories (including Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay**- surcharge applied) Our service does not cover Hong Kong's outlying islands (such as Cheung Chau and Lantau Island etc), other remote areas and Macau. **For customers requesting delivery to Discovery Bay, our customer service representatives will contact you directly for arrangements. Additional fee will apply.
- Extra charge will be collected by the delivery personnel directly in cash but not handled by Wilson
- For buildings without lift or product can only access through staircases, Extra charge will be calculated: a) Hardship fee will be charged at HK$30 per floor per product. b) For upward delivery at stairs before entering lift lobby / outside premise / village house / car park, first 6 steps will be waived, and HK$30 will be charged thereafter for every 10 stairs (less than 10 stairs will be counted as 10 stairs). c) Delivery by means of moving trolley to house/car park - waived for first 50 metres, HK$55 will be charged thereafter for every 50 metres distance.
- 4 working days (excludes Sunday and public holiday) are needed for any update on delivery information before the scheduled delivery date. Please contact Wilson Customer Service 8202 8699 Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The rescheduled delivery will be arranged by merchant.
- Wilson and merchant will not be liable for any early or delay delivery.
- Merchant reserves the right to charge the delivery fee if the customer rejected to receive the item.
- Wilson and merchant will not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling of the delivery time due to traffic, district and weather conditions or other force majeure. Rescheduled delivery will be provided.
- Warranty service is applicable to the customer with original invoice and delivery note.
- The warranty does not cover the following:
- The product has been damaged by fire, water, typhoon or other natural disaster.
- The product has been altered or repaired by an unauthorized person.
- The product has been damaged by misuse and negligence.
- The product has been damaged due to abnormal power supply.
