“Wilson Xmas Lucky Draw” Terms and Conditions:

1. By participating in the Program, each eligible participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below (“Wilson Xmas Lucky Draw” Terms and Conditions).

2. Wilson Communications Ltd. is the organizer of the Lucky Draw campaign.

3. The promotion period of Lucky Draw is from 1^st December to 31^st December, 2022, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period") (based on transaction dates). All net transactions must be conducted during the promotion period. The registration period is from 1^st December to 31^st December, 2022 at 11:59:59 pm (Hong Kong time).

4. Eligible Participant:

4.1 A person who has aged 18 or above with valid Hong Kong Identity Card;

4.2 Single purchase at HK$3,000 or above in Wilson physical stores (exclude Wilson eShop) within the promotion period, can register and get one draw chance at store instantly with valid invoice.

5. Multiple entries to the Lucky Draw are permitted. Each participant is eligible to have once lucky draw chance only with one valid invoice. Duplicate entries of the same invoice no. will not be accepted. Participants are required to register the information shown on the valid invoice (including invoice no. , invoice amount), participant's name and Hong Kong mobile phone number. If the participant fails to provide complete and correct information, the participation qualification will be forfeited without prior notice. Participants must keep the original invoice for future prize collection (if applicable).

6. The lucky draw will be conducted randomly by computer, participants will be informed and redeemed their lucky draw prize instantly.

7. An announcement of the Lucky Draw will be published in am730 and The Standard on 9^th January 2023.

9. The stock of the prizes at each store varies. If the prize is out of stock, winners will be notified by SMS or in person within 5 working days for redemption details. Participants must ensure that the registered mobile phone number is accurate, if the winner cannot be contacted through the registered phone number, the winning qualification will be forfeited without further notice.

10. The program only accepts registration with Hong Kong mobile phone number which is eligible for receiving voice call and SMS. If the mobile phone number does not have voice or mobile phone SMS function or the service of registered phone number is stopped, being invalid or changed, the participating qualification will be cancelled with no replacement mechanism.

11. Winners must collect their prizes at the designated location on or before 15^th January 2023 and shall be invalid after redemption period. Valid Wilson invoice (original copy) and award notification letter (if any) must be presented for prize redemption and verification. The winners must agree to unpack and activate the device at the time of prize redemption. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after the redemption period. Failing to provide the aforesaid information and document(s) during redemption shall disqualify the winners’ entitlement to the prizes. After the end of redemption period, any unclaimed prizes will be confiscated.

12. Purchase with employee discounts by Wilson Communications Ltd. cannot participate in this lucky draw program.

13. Participants must provide qualified invoice with valid invoice no. to register the lucky draw. If participants are found engaged in any illegal, cheating, improper or abusive behavior in the promotion, Wilson Communications Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify the concerned participants without any notification.

14. The prize cannot be re-sold, changed or exchanged to cash, credit or any other goods or services. The prize is non-replaceable, nontransferable, non-refundable and non-returnable.

15. Wilson Communications Ltd. are not liable for any expenses associated with entering the lucky draw and the collection of prizes, including but not limited to transportation fees, delivery costs, etc.

16. Wilson Communications Ltd. shall not be responsible for any delayed, lost, wrong, or unrecognizable answer, entry or submission due to technical disruption or error, network congestion or any other reason. In case of disputes related with response, registration and submission, Wilson Communications Ltd. reserve the rights of final decision.

18. Wilson Communications Ltd. has no responsibility for the obligations and services provided by the manufacturer(s)/vender(s). Any dispute concerning the quality service or value of the award products must be directly resolved between the awardees and the manufacturer(s)/vender(s).

19. Any participant who intentionally conducts any unlawful or improper behavior to harm the justice and fairness of the program and who uses any program to defraud will be automatically disqualified. Wilson Communications Ltd. reserve all legal rights to claim reparation or other compensation from the participants.

20. Participation in the lucky draw is voluntary, and Wilson Communications Ltd. shall not be responsible for any disputes or liabilities of the program.

21. All activity time are subject to the record of Wilson Communications Ltd.’s system as final.

22. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.

23. If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

24. In the event of any dispute, and Wilson Communications Ltd. reserves the sole right to make the final decision and cannot be overridden.

3. Wilson Communications Ltd. may disclose and transfer the personal information of participants to the data processor or other agents of the organizer who are engaged in relation to the conducting or monitoring of the Lucky Draw for the purpose of verification of identity when receiving prizes.
