Delivery Charges

With spending of HK$1,000 or above in the Wilson eShop (direct delivery product and store pick-up products are not included), you can enjoy one-time free local delivery service.
If the purchase is less than HK$1,000, a basic delivery service fee of HK$50 will be charged. Extra delivery service fee will be charged on selected Apple and Xiaomi/Redmi products.

 

Shipping days and schedules

Generally, shipment will be arranged in 2 - 3 working days after the order is placed (except direct delivery products & pre-order products), shipment notification will be issued through email.

Delivery service hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm, except Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery service is limited to designated areas and fixed addresses in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and outlying islands*. For other special delivery address# inquiries, please call Wilson Customer Service Department.

*There will be additional charges in remote areas:

-HK$100: Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok (including Hong Kong International Airport) and Hong Kong Disneyland
-HK$300: Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau and Lantau

#Special warehousing service additional charges:

-HK$300: warehouse / warehouse / logistics center / airport / terminal / convention center

 

 

Remarks

1.Delivery service is not available at non-permanent address, logistic center, freight forwarders, frontier closed areas, outlaying islands, warehouse and premises which are not accessible 
by elevator or staircase and need to be delivered through balcony.
2.If no elevator service is available at the premises, we will additionally charge you a delivery fee for each floor except the ground floor. Regarding the charges
of large products delivery and other additional charges, these shall be paid to the delivery staff directly. For details of the additional charges, please contact
our customer service department for more details.

3.Customer should provide authentic and valid contact information (including address and telephone number) for any orders. Extra delivery charge, delayed or
unsuccessful delivery due to wrong information should be borne by the customer.

4.After you confirm your order on the Wilson eShop, if the order is accepted by Wilson , Customer Service will contact you after the second working day to
confirm the delivery time and date. Under normal circumstances, orders in Hong Kong will be dispatched to the registered address as soon as possible after
the order has been placed. However, due to the delay in the credit card used by the bank, the delivery date will be delayed. Make the appropriate adjustments.
The delivery will be notified by the delivery person before the arrival of the goods. Please check whether the ordered items are in stock and the recipient
will write the name and signature on the delivery note to confirm the receipt of the goods.

Delivery time, due to actual conditions such as traffic, area, weather and other force majeure factors, delays, suspensions or rescheduling, regardless of
whether the cause of such delay or rescheduling is within the control of Wilson, Wilson will not be held responsible .

If for security reason or any other reasons, our courier is not able to deliver the goods to the billing address as specified in your order and get your
receipt confirmation, we may ask you to collect the goods from one of our stores and will not arrange any delivery. In case of any dispute, our determination
shall be final.

7.
If it is delivered to a non-designated address without the consent of Wilson, regardless of whether the customer and the deliveryman agree or not, all losses
caused thereby, Wilson will not be responsible and have the right to recover the related losses. (Change the shipping address or date and time, modify the
original sales order, you need to be at least 24 hours before delivery, 9:00 to 6:00 am (excluding Sunday and the public) Holidays) Call Wilson Customer Service.)

8.
Oncethe order is successfully placed, no refund will be given for anyreason.

9.
In case of any dispute, Wilson reserves the right of final decision.
