Price and Payment

Our e-Shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay credit card.  We also accept electronic payment by Alipay, Wehcat Pay, FPS, Payme, Octopus and BoCPay.  All product prices listed are in Hong Kong dollars. The prices listed in our e-Shop may differ from the prices of the same products in our physical shops. The applicable price shall be the price listed in our e-sShop as at the date of purchase.

We offer credit card instalment payment for any purchase on or over HKD$2,000, any purchase below HKD$2,000 will be handled as a one-off payment. Once the payment is confirmed, the payment cannot be cancelled or changed to another payment method. Extra 5% administration fee will be collected for the credit card instalment payment and such administration fee will be changed periodically without prior notice. 

To ensure the security of online payments, Visa, MasterCard Credit Card have respectively designed “Verified by Visa”, “MasterCard® SecureCode™” and “Safekey” services to authenticate your identity at the time of transaction. You hereby declare and warrant that you are the legitimate holder of the credit card that you use for payment of the Products.

Cash vouchers: Wilson Cash Coupons are not applicable at our e-Shop.

To provide secure online transactions, we employ Internet's Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. It encrypts your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it would not be read as information travels over the Internet.

You agree to pay for every order made under your login account or credit card and agree to indemnify us for any claims, losses, and damages whatsoever arising from the actions of any person placing any order for the Products using your login account or credit card. You shall be responsible for notifying your bank of and be liable for any changes to your record, loss, theft or unauthorized use of your credit card.

Upon your receipt/collection of the Product(s) (either at designed address or physical stores), the original copy of the invoice for the transaction amount you paid for the Product(s) will be delivered to you at the same time.
