• Direct delivery by maxcare
• Customer will be contacted by maxcare for order confirmation and local delivery arrangement within 7 – 14 working days (from the day after the order is placed)
• Correct delivery and contact information is needed for delivery arrangement.
• 4 working days (excludes Sunday and public holiday) are needed for any update on delivery information before the scheduled delivery date. • Wilson and maxcare will not be liable for any early or delay delivery.

• Wilson and maxcare will not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling of the delivery time due to traffic, district and weather conditions or other force majeure. Rescheduled delivery will be provided.
• maxcare provide one free local delivery including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories (Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan)
