Terms & Conditions
1. Pre-order date: Jan 10, 2024 - the day before official launch
2. Order details will be sent via email after purchase, and customer will be notified by SMS when the goods are ready for pick up.
3. All the items offered on the eShop are subject to the sole discretion of Wilson and the stock availability. Wilson is entitled to apply order limit on specific item and reserve the right to apply restriction on any sale. The final confirmation of all orders are subjected to stock availability and system allocation.
4. Once the order and the pick-up store are confirmed, change or cancellation will not be accepted.
5. The actual pick-up date will depend on the stock availability and may be revised accordingly.
6. Upon pick-up, transaction will be made by deducting the pre-paid deposit with the suggested retail price.
7. Customer must pick up the goods in person and representative authorization is not accepted.
8. Customer needs to show the pre-order confirmation email/SMS, transaction history and the credit card used in payment process in specified shop for authentication and pick-up, our staff will contact separately via SMS for actual pick-up date confirmation.
9. This pre-paid deposit is only applicable for purchasing specified Nintendo gaming product, each pre-paid deposit can only be used for purchasing one specified product.
10. The deposit is valid within 30 days once stock arrived, and cannot be refunded.
11. The product colour will vary slightly due to differences on computer screen setting. All should subject to the actual product.
12. Wilson eShop only accepts one-off payment by credit card, and we take at least one working day for transaction confirmation.
13. Order with payment completed within 15 minutes is regarded as successful order, otherwise, the system will cancel the related order automatically without reservation.
14. Customer should provide authentic and valid contact information (including address and telephone number) for any orders. Extra delivery charge due to wrong information should be borne by the customer.
15. The submission of registered data shall be deemed as the customer's agreement and the will to comply with the terms and conditions of all the activities.
16. The availability of products and gifts is limited on a first-come-first-served basis.
17. The demand of product replacement, model exchange, product return, refund or order cancellation is not accepted.
