Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty service is only available in Hong Kong.
2. Enjoy one year free on-site parts maintenance service from the date of purchase (enjoy two years service if installed by Shun Hing).
3. During the warranty period, customers should keep the purchase receipt and warranty certificate, all documents will be void if any modification is made.
4. If the warranty card is lost, no replacement will be issued.
5. If the installation is in a remote area, transportation fee will be charged for the remote area.
6. The warranty service does not cover the following conditions
6.1) Replacement of case, keypad, all non-lock internal parts (e.g. lithium battery, key card, mechanical key) and cell phone software.
6.2) Change or re-installation of the product at the customer's request.
6.3) Any person who damages, misuses, negligently uses, repairs or modifies the lock without following the instructions, by accident, natural disaster or any other reason that cannot be determined by the customer, or any other reason that cannot be determined by the customer.

6.4) After successful installation, all non-quality on-site support, inspection, teaching, such as reset wifi configuration due to customer's replacement of router.
7. For all booked services, if the service time needs to be changed within 24 hours or the customer cannot be contacted within the booked time, the customer needs to pay a handling fee of $200 to arrange the next booking.

Remarks:
1. Installation time is from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday, except for special cases.
2. Shun Hing Electric Service Center will undertake to follow up any defects after completion of the work (for a period of 3 months from the date of completion).
3. After the completion of the installation project, if the customer requests to change the installation of the machine, it will be treated as another new project charge.
4. the above are standard price, not including the renovation works, if there is a special project will be quoted.
5. The above quotations and specifications are subject to change without notice.
6. Customers are required to pay the above charges directly to Shun Hing Electric Service Center.
7. The above prices are for reference only, if there is any update, the Shun Hing Electric Service Center shall prevail.
