Maxcare Max Cupping

 

Max Cupping is easier to operate and more convenient compared to other traditional guisha/ cupping devices, it is the cupping machine of the modern time.

7 Functions:

• Heating: acting as moxibustion with 3 temperature levels. Suitable for soothing cramps.
• Low Heat: 38±3°C
• Medium Heat: 41±3°C
• Hight Heat: 44±3°C
• Air Pressure: 3 pressure levels for adjustment – cupping, getting sha-bruises and draining dampness
• Red Light: combining light therapy and moxibustion, the red light therapy can dredge meridian and achieve skincare results
• Magnetic Therapy: balancing the magnetic field of the body with 8 magnets to dredge meridian: powerful suction for removing coldness and dampness
• Guisha: Encouraging blood circulation, dredging meridian and removing toxin
• Charging: USB charging design and easy to carry around

 

After cupping, the skin may become red, purple or black, which is called the “sha-bruises”. The appearance of sha-bruises depends on body constitutions.

 

Removable Filter Design

Before using the device, put a cotton filter into the cork and then insert the cork into the suction hole of the device. This will prevent essential oil from getting directly into the device, and hence, extending its life. (Please change the cotton filter regularly. Cotton filters are reusable after cleaning and drying)

 

How to Guisha:

Apply essential/ massage oil onto the targeted area, repeatedly scrape the area with the device in one direction. Guisha is usually used on neck, shoulder and back area, where there is muscles and bones. (Cotton filters are in the box)

Instructions:

• Neck: scrape from top to bottom
• Back: scrape from top to bottom
• Lower Limb: scrape from top to bottom
• Sole (Foot): scrape from ankle to toes
• Abdomen: scrape from top to bottom, or in circular motion
• Upper Limb: scrape from top to bottom

 

Points to Note:

• DO NOT scrape the arteriovenous on the sides of the neck, cranium or genital organs.
• The waist/ abdominal part of a pregnant woman is not suitable for scrapping.
• Injured/ erupted/ inflamed skin surfaces are not suitable for scrapping.
• People who have a bleeding tendency or coagulation disorder are not suitable for scrapping.
• People who have heart diseases, renal failure, liver cirrhosis or severe edema are not suitable for scrapping.
• People who are taking anticoagulants (e.g. Aspirin) are not suitable for scrapping.
• People who are sick or have just recovered from serious illnesses are not suitable for scrapping.
• People who are too full or starving are not suitable for scrapping.

Please note:

The following people are advised against cupping –

•        Pregnant women
•        People who have skin ulceration or skin diseases
•        People who bleed easily or have Hemophilia
•        People who are critically ill
•        People who have heart diseases, kidney failure and liver cirrhosis, etc.
•        People who have severe edema
•        People who have recently recovered from illness
•        People who are physically weak, too full, or too hungry

 

Due to different body constitutions, the results from cupping can also differ. Below are some possible outcomes:

• Cupping area shows mild redness – healthy blood circulation
• Cupping area shows dark purpleness – moderate stagnation (If it is more purplish than dark, then it is “Qi” stagnation; if it is darker than purplish, then it is blood stagnation)
• Cupping area shows lots of water droplets – excess dampness **
• Cupping area shows mild purpleness/ whiteness – “Qi” and blood deficiency
• Cupping area shows spottings with redness – toxin accumulation

• Wilson and maxcare will not be liable for any early or delay delivery.
• maxcare reserves the right to charge the delivery fee if the customer rejected to receive the item.
• Wilson and maxcare will not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling of the delivery time due to traffic, district and weather conditions or other force majeure. Rescheduled delivery will be provided.
• maxcare provide one free local delivery including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories (Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan)
• Extra charge or special arrangement for remote districts including Chek Lap Kok, Sha Tau Kok and Outlying Island

• If the delivery address is unavailable or unable to take the elevator, the towing fee on each floor will be charged, calculated on the basis of the goods, and the fee per floor is $250
• Once the order is confirmed, there is no refund or return
• maxcare provides two-year warranty for Max Generation, and one-year warranty for other products; please keep the invoice and delivery receipt for repair warranty.
• The warranty does not cover the following:

1. The product has been damaged by fire, water, typhoon or other natural disaster.
2. The product has been altered or repaired by an unauthorized person.
3. The product has been damaged by misuse and negligence.
4. The product has been damaged due to abnormal power supply.
