- Customer will be contacted by OTO for order confirmation and local delivery arrangement within 7 working days (from the day after the order is placed)
- Correct delivery and contact information is needed for delivery arrangement.
- 4 working days (excludes Sunday and public holiday) are needed for any update on delivery information before the scheduled delivery date. Please contact our Customer Service 2158 8933 Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, or email to [email protected]. The rescheduled delivery will be arranged by OTO.
- Wilson and OTO will not be liable for any early or delay delivery.
- OTO reserves the right to charge the delivery fee if the customer rejected to receive the item.
- Wilson and OTO will not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling of the delivery time due to traffic, district and weather conditions or other force majeure. Rescheduled delivery will be provided.
- OTO provide one free local delivery including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories (exclude remote districts)

Handling costs for landing stairs: There is a need of moving the product up and down the stairs between the parking slot and the delivery building, and/or the delivery building does not have any elevator, or the product cannot fit in the elevator and needs to be transported via stairs. HK$50 each piece each storey. The customer is required to pay the fee to the delivery person in cash at the time of delivery. If the disposal of the old item is required at the same time, two passes will be calculated. Every 10 levels is a unit of calculation.

Transportation cost of remote area delivery, where vehicles cannot directly reach: Remote areas where vehicles cannot reach directly (150 meters or more from the entrance/exit of the delivery building to the parking slot) and the product must be transported by hand or by handcart to the delivery building. HK$250 each piece. If the disposal of the old item is required in the same way at the same time, two passes will be calculated.
